“Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

At a Tony Robbins, Unleash the Power Within, the final segment was to walk across a bed of hot coals. You could hear the banter as people approached the bed of hot coals of the Fire Walk.

They were talking themselves out of walking across the hot coals.

As we approached the Fire Walk, a team member asked us to stop as he had to insert more hot coals into the Fire Walk. At that point, many people turned around and did not complete the exercise of walking across the bed of hot coals.

We continued and walked across the Fire Walk effortlessly with no issues.

Be a gladiator and don’t let fear crush your desire of doing whatever it is that you want to do with your life.

Being a gladiator also requires incredible faith that moves mountains.

These mountains show up as physical or mental challenges in our lives but are no match for faith.

I am not talking about blind faith.

I am talking about faith that is backed up with solid education and understanding.

It is faith that is represented by fearless actions in trust and humility.

Focus on what you want and not what you do not want.

Your subconscious mind has no clue if it’s real or imagined.

It’s called auto-suggestion that requires incredible discipline. This technique changes behavior and the ultimate outcome.
