“Concentration is a fine antidote to anxiety.” - Jack Nicklaus

When we react, we give away our power and we become vulnerable.

You cannot control what is externally bombarding you every single day but you can control what’s going on inside of you.

It’s so easy to worry.

Worry is praying for what you don’t want.

We are all a mass of energy in a high speed of vibration and in order to manage worry, anxiety, stress or panic, you must learn to develop your ability to concentrate to a very high level.

This current worldwide malady has produced an uncontrollable, thought vortex in many people. This is absolutely understandable but we need to step up our psychological tools in order to combat this foreboding malady.

Many people have lost loved ones, livelihoods, businesses etc. however you still have the only fortress that nothing or no one can take away from you; your glorious mind.

Learn to concentrate by focusing on one single thought. Doing this will manage the artillery of thoughts attacking your present moment.

In order to increase your concentration and manage the onslaught of toxic thoughts, sit in your favorite chair and focus only on one, small and inanimate object somewhere in your space.

Begin with 30 seconds and increase it by 30-second intervals until you can do it for 3-5 minutes without your mind wandering.

Your concentration and awareness will increase exponentially and toxic thoughts will no longer be controlling you.

You will be in control, as now you understand how to concentrate, respond and not react.

With disciplined effort, you will have the presence of mind to make intelligent decisions.
