“Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.” - C.S. Lewis

Gathering information and learning are totally different.

Real learning only takes place when you apply and act upon the information.

The feedback in the form of results intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, physically and financially is the actual learning.

Zig Ziglar said, “Repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment.”

Zig Ziglar was one of the great masters and when it comes to convincing the subconscious mind that something is real, repetition is absolutely the mother of learning.

After it’s all said and done and in addition to repetition, experience in our life is truly the mother of all learning as quoted by C. S. Lewis above.

When you have actually learned something that is absolutely beneficial towards your personal growth and development then you can repeat it with decisive and purposeful action.

Repeating behaviors that are not fruitful to the mind, body and spirit serve little or no purpose.

We all have experiences good, bad or indifferent that have shaped us into who we are today.

This is a never ending life cycle that continues to create that inner being that longs for growth, sustainability and love.

Experience has a different effect on different people.

Some pack up their suitcase and go into psychological isolation.

Others learn something about themselves that not only changes them but inspires a desire to change something in their world experience.

Wallace D. Wattles stated this so many years ago.

“Desire is the effort of the unexpressed possibility within, seeking expression without, through your action”.

If your experience provides you with an expressed possibility that has not been expressed, act.

You owe it to yourself, your community and the greater global village.

Humanity needs you, your ideas, your inspiration, your love, your understanding and above all your faith and gratitude.

Experience is a brutal teacher but the rewards are beyond expression.
