I live in a body. I am not my body. The Body is a mass of molecules in a high speed of vibration. In fact, there are approximately 11 million kilowatt hours per pound, potential energy locked up in the electrons of the atoms of your body. And everyone is walking around saying . . .“I’m so tired and just dragging my . . .”

Emotionally charged ideas that are either positive or negative create a frequency in your body that causes a vibration. Your body moves into vibration according to your emotion. That’s why I always say managing your ego, emotion and reaction to the best of your ability avoids fallout.

Feeling is a word; we invented, to describe the conscious awareness of the vibration that our mind and body is in. 

How do you feel?

I feel great. I feel crappy. I feel lonely. I feel happy. Any of these statements and more creates this vibratory scenario mentioned above. Our responsibility is to be vitally concerned and very diligent in recognizing the kind of ideas we are emotionally involved in. It’s the vibration that the body is in that determines how the body acts. The body’s behavior patterns or actions are being caused by the kind of ideas in the sub-conscious mind that doesn’t have a clue of what is real or imagined. The subconscious mind simply carries out the marching orders.

Most people think the way that they have been conditioned to think. So think before you seriously think about what you’re thinking about. Take it off autopilot and move it into design-pilot. In other words, be very clear about what you want, right down to the last detail of your picture, as your subconscious mind does not have a sense of humor. Repeat a prosperity affirmation daily.  Make prosperity a habit. Let go of your past and embrace the future. There is absolutely nothing that you can do by regurgitating the past over and over again. Focus on the future, as you are able to devote your present moment energy towards that end.
