Stand guard.

Be a sentinel to all intruding toxic thoughts that ultimately create havoc in your life.

You are not going to bury your head in the sand however you must not ingest toxic thoughts that create feelings, actions and results that undermine your well-being.

Be aware of what’s going on in your life but do not spend hours and hours in front of media as the constant exposure will penetrate your mind, body and spirit.

Your mind is the only fortress that will protect you. 

Any change in your physical environment will trigger the five-alarm fire in your brain.

Immediately, place a stop sign that will prevent any further dismantling of your understanding of what is really happening.

The danger is real.

The fear is real.

We can all react or we can all learn to respond.
