“The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It's as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today.” - Bushnell Nolan (Founder of Atari & Chuck E. Cheese)

Wow!

That’s in your face!

Oh well, if I am ever going to make it out of the driveway, I’d better get out of bed and make a plan.

Now!

Today is the day.

“This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” - Psalm 118:24

We only have today and we should make the most of it.

Enjoy the ride.

“Don’t worry your life away waiting for the elusive prize at journey’s end. The journey is the prize.” – Marsha Mercant

The journey is your prize.

You clearly know what it's like when you're on a thrilling ride.

It's absolutely exhilarating. Every cell of your mind, body and spirit is declaring excitement and fear simultaneously.

This applies equally to your chosen goal that ultimately leads to victory.

Savor the win.

If you're scared and excited then you are definitely on the right track.

Don't play it safe.

Declare your win to yourself.

Don't tell the planet but go into your own private space and blast at the top of your lungs.

Yes, I did it.

Along your amazing journey, learn how to embrace what leads you to victory and let go of the stuff that does nothing for you whatsoever.

Doing this crushes the fear, anxiety and anything else that attempts to derail you. A former seminar participant expresses this eloquently in the following.

“Showcase the good and shadow the bad and your fears will take care of themselves.”

Yes.

Showcase the good.

Put it on display.

Put it on stage every single day.

Imagine that you're an entertainer, speaker, magician, performer or celebrity.

Would you go onstage with your best act?

Would you go onstage depending on how you feel on that particular day?

Would you go onstage according to your present circumstances?

You would go on stage with the very best version of yourself all the time.

Your career and your livelihood count on your performance.

Therefore, always make it count to the best of your ability regardless of present circumstances.

You are absolutely right.

This is not easy.

It requires mental toughness at a very high-level.

It requires awareness.

Carpe Momentum.
