Integrate belief with behavior

“The outer conditions of a person’s life will always be found to reflect their inner beliefs.” – James Allen

“Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.”– Mahatma Gandhi

“When a person aligns their beliefs with their actions, it leads to profound transformation. By integrating belief and behavior, the individual begins to change fundamentally, as the “old program” or past mindset, habits, and limiting paradigms are gradually removed. The process of living in alignment with one’s beliefs can feel transformative, almost magical, because it shifts one’s identity, decision-making, and overall life experience in meaningful ways.”

It begins with a script that I wrote several years ago and here it is.
The following believe script was created for a team that I was working with several years ago.  My purpose for creating this was to build self-esteem and in turn attract more of “this stuff can’t talk but it can hear and if you call it, it will come.”

B = BOLD

E = EXCELLENCE

L = LOVE

I = INVEST

E = ENERGY

V = VICTORY

E = EXTRACT

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPBU7Lirqes&pp=2AEAkAIB

Conformity, is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth.” – John Fitzgerald Kennedy

Nothing, ever great was accomplished by conforming to traditional modes of behavior or thinking. The everyday gadgets that provide us with comfort and ease were not born out of compliance with a fixed standard, regulation, or requirement. Immediately fire the jailer and throw away the keys, as the creative energy does not live there.

So, what does believe, mean to you?

To me, it means the following.

B represents bold.
Be bold. Don’t be timid. Go out and claim what is rightfully yours. It doesn’t mean that you need to be arrogant, stubborn, or impolite. No, it means to be bold with confidence.

E represents excellence.
Start something and yes finish it. The x is when you started. This y is when you finish it. A lot of people begin all kinds of projects and all kinds of tasks but somehow, they get derailed. They get derailed because they allow present circumstances to influence their thinking their decision-making and their present moment happiness.

L represents love.
Do it with passion.  Do it with love.  Do not do it with mediocrity. Mediocrity does not take you where you want to be.

I represents invest.
Invest in yourself.  Listen to audios.  Read books. Create mentorship in your life. Understand that knowledge is potential power but it only becomes real power when you put into action. Until we act nothing ever really happens.

E represents energy.
Without energy there is nothing. There is a complete void. Power that energy with your passion and with your purpose and watch what happens in your life and in your business.

V stands for victory.
Be victorious in your thinking. Already think of the outcome before you even begin and the outcome will manifest into positive, powerful, and proactive results. Don’t live where the 97% live because they always allow present circumstances to influence absolutely everything in their lives.

E stands for extract.
Absolutely extract yourself from your current paradigm. Extract yourself from that bondage that is holding you back from your greatness. You were created for greatness and not for lack and limitation.  Claim what is rightfully yours right now. Step out of that skin.  Step out of that body and absolutely move forward and don’t allow anything or anyone to crush you or derail you from your greatness.

You are great and you have incredible powerful energy within you. Begin to operate from the inside out and not from the outside in. That devious manipulative X factor is always waiting to crush you and bring you down. It’s a psychological game that most people lose.

Our youth deserves better

"Cyberbullying remains a pervasive issue, with approximately 33% of young people worldwide experiencing online harassment. These alarming statistics highlight the need for ongoing efforts to combat this digital menace.” - Scott Max

“Courage is fire, and bullying is smoke.” - Benjamin Disraeli

“Tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair, but manifestations of strength and resolution.” — Kahlil Gibran

The sole purpose of this article is to create greater awareness for a societal issue that continues to grow exponentially. Some platforms should do more than provide lip service.

What was intended to connect humanity in all corners of the globe has now disengaged people with hatred, disrespect, intolerance, and everything else that falls into this camp.

“My pain may be the reason for somebody’s laugh. But my laugh must never be the reason for somebody’s pain.” — Charlie Chaplin

This is a 21st Century phenomenon that is progressively picking up steam especially in these unprecedented times. Cyber bullying and harassment today is rampant. No one is immune as it preys on all regardless of age, sex, wealth, fame, and the list goes on and on. Hiding behind the veil of anonymity allows some people to spew hatred, intolerance, and everything else that falls into this category. Some of these people are angry but now their anger has transformed into an ugly beast called hatred.

Anonymity to them is incredible power that they have never experienced before in their life.Unfortunately, hiding behind their device is unknowingly detrimental to their mental health. Moreover, self-image and self-worth is their true quest for self-actualization.As a result, anonymity creates an inauthentic self that cannot grow and ultimately deteriorates towards despair and despondency.

Who are these people?

They might be your neighbors next door, people across the street, others in your city, in another province or state or across the globe. Most often as a result of current, intensive AI forensic investigation their real identities, location and workplaces are revealed.

Corporations have paid huge dollars to forensic investigators and litigators in order to bring these people to justice. The legal system no longer takes this societal issue lightly.

However, many are actually decent human beings with families and jobs but somehow got caught up in online mobs that are no different than street mobs anywhere on the planet. One or two individuals can cause havoc when they believe that their mission in life is to defame, slander, intimidate, and persecute individuals. Their agenda is very transparent.

In most cases, they spew without performing their due diligence regarding the facts as their ongoing dialogue inspires more hatred based on conjecture.

What’s the cost?

Ultimately, hate begets hate and the cost is undeniably huge, emotionally, spiritually, and physically for these perpetrators and everyone else that is affected. Hate creates imbalance.

“The future belongs to brands that do more than play lip service to real dialogue and recognize that their customers want them to believe in something.” — James Murdoch

It is no wonder that what was intended to connect humanity in all corners of the globe has now disengaged people with hatred, disrespect and intolerance. Why is it out of control?

Imagine anyone on the planet that is practicing law, medicine, or any other professional entity without any regulatory board or licensing. What about no longer having to license vehicles or individuals? The list goes on and on. The result?

It would be a free for all and a recipe for anarchy. People all over the world have experienced some of the wrath of online perpetuated hatred and intolerance.

What’s the real solution to this social media pandemic and hate for profit scenario?

Kill them with kindness.

Forgive them.

Release them to their highest good of HSPP (happiness, success, prosperity and peace of mind). Love always begets love, respect, tolerance, diversity, inclusion, and equality.

Love creates balance.

This might be a hard pill to swallow for some however doing this releases toxicity from your psychological house. Begin right now and do not even spend one more microsecond of your precious time, any longer contemplating their toxicity. Be mentally tough.

Determination, openness, understanding, compassion, and purpose will be your mental toughness armor. Finally, the greatest weapon in the universe is to extend love and compassion and pray for these people.

Kahlil Gibran said, “Tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair, but manifestations of strength and resolution.”

The significance and profound meaning of these words is timeless. As more people worldwide embrace love over hate, attitudes shift towards equality for all regardless of race, color, religion, creed or any other societal descriptors.

The human body cannot sustain a vibration of hate for long as remaining in this zone creates havoc physically and emotionally. Hate begets hate, plain and simple.

Ultimately, the fallout is intense and soon a blurred vision of reality is imminent. Our youth deserves better.

Food for thought.

“If people can learn to hate they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”  Nelson Mandela

Missiles or gifts?

“Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.”— Mother Teresa

“Handle them carefully, for words have more power than atom bombs.” — Pearl Strachan Hurd

Your words are either missiles or gifts.

Choose wisely.

We all have five boxes in our psychological house. They are the intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical and financial.

I am not certain if along our educational trek we were taught anything about compartmentalization.

I know that I wasn’t until much later in life. However, learning this is extremely valuable as we begin to create dialogue with others along our journey. When we react instead of responding intelligently, we arouse feelings that stir up missiles instead of gifts.

The words that we choose determines the outcome good, bad or indifferent.
Sometimes, all it takes is taking a deep breath and pausing in order for our present moment thought to make it to the finish line at our frontal cortex where rational thought takes place.

We’ve all been there and this is far from easy at times. There are always individuals that have to prove that they are right no matter what. Basically, it’s not about who’s right or wrong but rather at times agreeing to disagree.

Sometimes, we just have to walk away from the situation until emotional missiles have subsided.

The words that we use with our spouse, significant other, coworker, employer etc. can either propel us forward or remain stuck. It’s a personal decision and no one can decide except the person that is front and center in the scenario.

I remember an instance where a young person was being rude and impolite at a community event but later stepped up to the individual in question and apologized.
I said, “It takes a big person to step up and apologize. I’m proud of you.”

In another situation, I met someone that was really artistically talented and mentioned that her real talent was buried much deeper in her core. I said, “You are incredibly talented, bright and creative, so dig deep in your talent bag and retrieve what you can really do.”

The next time that I saw her she was so proud to show me her most recent sketches. They were amazing beyond words.

We don’t live in a perfect world and none of us are perfect however we are all continually evolving as caring and nurturing doing beings.

Yes!

We are doing beings that want to create a better life for our young people. What we do and say in their midst begins to create a social paradigm for them.

Let’s collectively try to choose our words more carefully so we are able to impart a legacy worth leaving.

Believe that you can

“Your belief determines your action and your action determines your results. But first, you have to believe.” – Mark Victor Hansen

“To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.” – Anatole France

Get rid of the naysayers & believe that you can do it.  If you are not strong, confident, and inspired by a burning desire, you will pack up your suitcase at the very first obstacle.

Some people have a suitcase on the ready in the event they have to use their escape hatch.

Be a sentry of persistence, resilience, tenacity and everything else that you can muster.

Challenges are everywhere however these challenges allow us to move  forward towards opportunities that might have never appeared.

You are intelligent, creative and  have the innate ability to press onward in spite of any difficulties. It's so easy to pack up our suitcase when obstacles show up in our face.

As you embark on your personal journey, abandon the need for approval from anyone.

The odds of anyone showing up on the planet are four hundred trillion to one.

You’re perfect just the way you are right now and you are in a process of a wonderful enfoldment according to God’s divine plan. You are special, unique and are a member of the DNA exclusivity club.

The doubters, the naysayers and everyone else that resides in that negative camp will never have the stamina, persistence and determination to press forward.

You do as you are taking your precious time to read and continue to empower yourself.

Release the naysayers to the universe, as they are piranhas.

Be aware as other piranhas that are not so easily identifiable lurk in the background. These show up in your thought life, conscious and subconscious. With discipline, you can easily master the conscious ones but the subconscious ones require more deliberate and determined effort.

Continue to build your awareness daily in order to shore up the treasures in the vault of your glorious mind.

Stay in the game and believe that you can.

Know yourself

“You’ve got to know yourself so you can at last be yourself.” – D. H. Lawrence

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” - Aristotle

The more that you get to know yourself and what causes you to behave 24/7, the more incredible results begin to show up right on time and right on schedule.

Know yourself was inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi in Greece approximately 2,600 years ago.

These two words still resonate today with the word results in 2024.

Getting to know yourself is a lifelong quest towards self-awareness and understanding one’s own nature. This is a work in progress towards achieving an individual’s goals and aspirations.
Continually hone this recipe 24/7 and 86,400 seconds of each glorious day.

Thoughts = Feelings = Actions = Results

If we are not aware of our conscious thoughts, the subconscious ones will always create havoc in our lives.

I call it the X factor.

All your efforts to move forward will be in vain as the controller has a history of controlling you. It basically has you in a jail cell and it has the only key.

The X factor paradigm will do anything to continue to control you and your desired results.

Don’t believe it?

Just look at our global results.

Bob Proctor explained it in this manner.

“Understand this. X cannot be trusted. Your X factor remembers and reminds you. It’s devious. It’s insidious how devious it is. It will take any path. It has no rules. It will win at any cost. It does not want your Y factor to win. It does not want you to take over. For every failure, for every settling, for everything that’s rote in your life, that’s just not what you hoped it would be, that’s your X factor paradigm assuring you that status quo is the way to go. But who wants status quo?” – Bob Proctor

I don’t know where you are on this amazing planet  but if you get the latter, you are well on your way towards amazing results.
