“We do not remember days, we remember the moments.” – Cesare Pavese

It’s not the goal that creates the experience.

It’s the experience that creates the goal.

Every single moment creates the necessary bridges along our journey.

Savor the moments.

How do you savor the moments?

Stop running.

Stop mindless multitasking.

Stop when the when I syndrome pops up.

Stop focusing on present circumstances.

Stop living your life in the future.

Stop over planning and over doing everything.

Stop trying to control absolutely everything that you cannot control.

Enough was enough, so I had to write the book on this topic.

STOP THE DRAMA & TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK

Begin to live each moment as the most precious time in your life.

Don’t rush the experience and truly enjoy this time.

In a spirit of expectation and gratitude, begin to experience the moment.

Gratitude releases the vibration of wellbeing, balance and fulfillment.

Everything that you want is now magnetized towards you.

It’s so basic and so easy to do.

Open wide and say thank you for everything in the moment.

You will never have that exact time in space ever again so why squander it?

Let’s face it.

Anyone can keep going when the going is great.

However, to keep going when the evidence is not visible with your physical eyes requires faith.

Fearless Actions In Trust and Humility!

It requires an inner eye of understanding that transcends everything else.

This is the beauty of the moment.

Laugh at yourself.

Lighten up a little.

Everything does have a lighter side to it.

Doing this allows you to alter your vibration and suddenly the present moment picture is not so intense.

Every time that you turn around and look at your life, kids, grandkids etc., you ask yourself this question.

Where did the time go?

You want to recapture that moment and the only way to do this is to savor that moment in real time.

Make your moments meaningful, outstanding, memorable, enjoyable, nurturing, timeless and savored.

Savor your moments right now.

“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward.” - Unknown

Let go of the stuff that doesn’t serve you.

If you don’t, you will be stuck and being stuck sucks!

Look at all the baby steps of your journey as monkey bars.

How can you possibly move forward when you are still hanging onto the last bar?

Learn to manage those monkey bars early in life, and you are well on your way towards managing many of life’s issues.

Believe that you can let go of the last bar and begin to move forward.

This is not an easy task for most people, as very early in life we were taught to be dwellers and not movers.

We were taught to dissect the issue to smithereens and dwell on it until it overwhelmed and ultimately incapacitated us.

Ridiculous!

You do have what it takes.

Let it go and begin to move forward with faith and press onward.

Hindsight creates 20/20 vision.

The monkey bars in your life are there for a very specific purpose.

Grasp one at a time and embrace your life with passion, persistence, determination, love and dogged, unswerving tenacity.

You have it now.

Your own very, personal x factor in your psychological house will attempt to convince you that grasping the next monkey bar is stupid and purposeless.

However, if you have read any of my previous writings, you will absolutely understand that this infamous x factor will always attempt to derail you from your greatness.

You want to get on with your game but it will continually implant toxic thoughts into your being.

It will convince you not to grab onto the next bar.

We all have a little kryptonite in our psyche.

Our task now is to identify this kryptonite that continues to steal our power and derails our possibility of not playing it safe any longer.

This stuff shows up disguised in many different forms.

You need to elevate your level of awareness and frequency in order to identify them.

Grab onto your next monkey bar.

Now!

“I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.” -Thomas Alva Edison

You may become discouraged along your journey but it is only fleeting if you don’t focus on it.

Discouragement and encouragement are all parts of the same word courage.

Courage, bravery, fortitude, will, and intrepidity, is the ability to confront fear, pain, risk, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation with confidence.

Focus only on this aspect of the word courage!

What is the real meaning of the word focus?

My own personal definition is, fierce, optimum concentration unusually sustained over time.

How do I Increase my level of focus?

Being able to focus on a regular basis increases your desire for clarity.

Your workspace takes on a different image as the old no longer works.

Clarity of mind!

Clarity of space!

Clarity of space doesn't mean being excessively neat and tidy.

It’s not about obsessive behavior.

It refers to organizing your workspace or personal space in a manner that promotes focused activity.

Remember my acronym for focus.

Focus is fierce, optimum concentration, unusually sustained over time.

Some people will comment and state that their space is more focused and productive when it is in a state of utter chaos.

Utter chaos creates mental confusion and shows up in the form of very limited results.

Mindless multitasking leads nowhere as the mind can only concentrate effectively on one singular function at one time.

The greatest method of describing focus is as follows.

If I asked you to think of your fridge, car, or your kitchen all at the same time, could you retrieve those pictures from your vault and see all three at the same time?

Absolutely not!

Your mind is this incredible super computer that can accomplish almost anything in this universe.

However, you must provide it with the correct information in order to move you closer and closer towards your intended outcome.

Remember, the clearer the picture creates more order, less fear, less doubt and less confusion.

This very clear and pristine picture leads towards incredible focus in your life and in your business.

Strive towards fierce, optimum concentration unusually sustained over time, on a regular basis.

The results will absolutely astound you.

“Never, never, never, never give up.” - Winston Churchill

This was his keynote speech on October 29, 1941 when he visited Harrow School in Great Britain.

If you are absolutely clear (picture) about what you want and will do whatever it takes to achieve your goal, giving up is never an option.

This is the only difference between the doer and the wannabe!

Step out and get what you desire and deserve as no one on the planet is going to give it to you on a silver platter.

Winston Churchill also said that fear is reaction and courage is decision.

Fear is the most destructive force in the universe.

Fear is just waiting for you to crumble.

Fear will suck every single ounce of energy and passion from your entire mind, body and spirit.

Feel the fear and courageously make the decision do it regardless of present circumstances

The infamous little psychological creature on your shoulder always pops up when the going gets tough.

When it does, utilize Dr. Joseph Murphy’s armor of defense script that repels toxic energy.

“Be still. Be quiet. I am in control. You must obey me. You’re subject to my command. You cannot intrude where you do not belong.”

Make no mistake, these are incredibly unprecedented times and sometimes people feel the urge to give up.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the universe has big eyes, big ears and laser focused attention on what you ask for, good, bad or indifferent every single day of your life.

Do not be deceived by the autocratic nature of how you are going to achieve your heart’s desire, as this controlling force will crush any aspiration towards oblivion.

Remember, dinosaurs are long gone.

Be a game changer and reinvent your game every single day so you don’t become extinct.

You only need one idea to transform your life.

Determine how to create more value than anyone else on the face of the earth.

Look out, as this is your seed.

Plant your seed.

Make an impact. You’re words and your actions have unbelievable power.

Choose them wisely and impact everyone in your life.

Don’t put it off.

Do it right now.

It will create an astounding ripple effect beyond measure.

The 20th century phrase was carpe diem, however the 21st century cutting edge phrase, is carpe momentum.

Yes.

Seize the moment and seize your greatness.

“Delay is cunning, crafty and deadly. Delay and procrastination are death sentences!”  - Ike Isinguzo

Many incredible ideas die before they even have the opportunity to fly.

Without a plan, a map, or a blueprint, we are simply winging it.

The results at best are mediocre.

Don’t concern yourself with how you are going to achieve your goal.

You must begin right where you are and stop putting it off.

The quote above belongs to Dr. Ike Isinguzo.

His vision began in 2003 and ultimately became a reality in 2010.

Dr. Ike’s passion, persistence and determination did not allow the how to enter his realm.

There were many supposed obstacles along the way but his gentle and fearless tenacity culminated in victory.

Anytime someone entertains a plan of doing something great in their life the question of how pops up.

The how disrupts the creative process that all of us were endowed with at birth.

Kids understand the how. In fact, they rarely ask the how as it’s almost embedded in their DNA at birth.

In a previous story, there was a young kid who always said, "When I grow up, I'm going to be a Real Estate agent and become a millionaire."

He never asked the how. He just persisted until he came up with such an ingenious plan that created his phenomenal results.

The title of this story is “How to create more value and win.” You may read it to grasp the entire story.

Now onto why this powerful how does not have to control you any longer.

How, stops and derails any possibility of moving forward towards our desired result.

Every time you ask the how you immediately halt the process.

How is synonymous with the X factor (derails and undermines) and Y (proactive and possibility) is synonymous with decision-making.

An incredibly clear picture of what you want crushes the how towards oblivion.

No question.

You've heard it many times before.

Where are you going to get the money, the resources, or whatever?

We’ve heard the latter many times in our life and as a result the how stomps on our image, dream, aspiration, goal and ultimately we all move back to Status Quo Lane.

It would have been great but where would I ever get everything that I need to bring it to fruition?

STOP!

Say yes to your success.

Understand that the how is relentless and will never cease pestering you with doubts.

It will never leave you alone. As soon as it knows that it has deposited even the smallest seed of doubt, it will continue to push forward.

It is beyond unabated promptings.

Embrace these decisive and creative moments as these moments create your story and you all have a spectacular story to share with everyone.

To the best of your ability, don’t allow present circumstances to influence your thinking, your decision-making, and your present moment happiness.

If you do the how will always dominate and always undermine your aspirations.

Present circumstances are disguised as a gift but most people will never understand this.

So how are you going to do that?

Nurture the moment and not the past.

When you look back, none of it will matter if you do not reap the residual value of the moment.

Here's a take from the past.

“Hey Steve, what's happening in that garage?"

"Not much. We're just fooling around with an idea that will revolutionize the way people talk to each other."

“Steve, that's boring and how are you going to do that? Meet us at the watering hole. That's more fun."

“Thanks, but you guys go ahead without me."

Fast forward today.

“Steve, I know that you are no longer here but why didn't I get it when I was with you back in the garage? Everywhere you go today, everyone is holding that thing, that you were working on in the garage."

It's ok, you can still buy it. Just tell them that Steve Jobs sent you."

Awareness is everything.

Everything.

The next time that someone asks, “How are you going to do that”, just say, “Oh, that word is no longer in my vocabulary.”

Thanks.

“Because I thought my self-worth and my net worth were the same which now I can tell you unequivocally are not.” - Mark Victor Hansen

Some people might be losing their job, house, investments, health etc.

Unprecedented times.

It’s not fun whatsoever but you can start again right where you are.

Invest your energy and right thinking into your self-image.

This is the only bank that never goes under.

This part of your human personality sets the boundaries for performance in all areas of your life and business.

Aldous Huxley said, “There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving and this is your own self.”

Understand this self and begin to soar.

When you look into a mirror the only method of changing what you see is to alter the image on the other side of the mirror.

This outward expression is commonly referred to as results.

In order to obtain better results, you must change the infrastructure from within.

How much are you worth?

Tons!!!!!!!!

Be yourself.

Be authentic and transparent.

The real you is emerging and wants to be released from that vessel called a body.

When you understand that your DNA really means, “Dare to nurture all that is within you”, only then do you become unstoppable!

The key to unveiling your self-image is to understand that you are one of a kind.

It’s time to stop all of this drama and reclaim your life.

Why would you ever take your valuable time to compare yourself to anyone else in this universe?

However, many intelligent and beautiful people do this every single day.

In their daily quest for validation, people everywhere seek this via social media and sundry sources.

As of July 2020, there were approximately 3.80 billion users on various social platforms. (statista.com)

Connecting with people is awesome but seeking validation outwardly is counterproductive.

Someone greater than all of us already gave us the ultimate validation at birth.

Work from the inside out otherwise you will always be dependent on some external force in order to fill the void.

Validation begins at the core.

Begin to nurture others and you will begin to nurture yourself.

Aim to always help and raise people up to their highest calling, which is love.

Doing so will validate the most important person.

You.

As a result, your bank will never go under, as its value is greater than the most precious metal or gem.

“They didn’t have the guts to risk the life they were already living, for the one they were capable of” - Darren Hardy

Somewhere along the line, well intentioned and some not so well intentioned people spoke words of lack, limitation, insecurity, lack of confidence and everything else that they could muster in order to convince you not to believe in yourself.

As a result, the road more travelled was less risky and following the herd was a better choice at the time.

Reject this information and believe that nothing is impossible for you if you believe in yourself.

Change is painful.

Dave Ramsey expressed this brilliantly, “Change is painful. Few people have the courage to seek out change. Most people won’t change until the pain of where they are exceeds the pain of change.”

Change is painful but if the herd is in a stampede mode, you will be trampled and ostracized if you don’t keep up or fit in.

Break free, once and for all as this has been pressing on your consciousness for some time.

Who really cares about what someone else is eating, visiting, buying, wearing, saying, criticizing, going, driving, living etc.

Let them wallow in it but you don’t have to participate.

Break free from this herd mentality.

You are a lot smarter than your ego.

 Life = Risk.

As a result, your discontent and dissatisfaction creates the birth of something incredibly fruitful and profitable that otherwise would have been buried forever.

It is painful however your inner being has been constantly attempting to get your attention amid the incessant noise of the herd.

Pause and listen attentively.

Your direction will be very clear to you as soon as you stop and listen.

Don’t look back at the herd.

Do not look back as your ego wants you to vegetate on this until the cows come home.

As I said previously, you are far more intelligent than your ego.

Look forward with an inner eye of understanding that reveals your true, personal GPS.

You are exactly where you need to be at this juncture in your life, as this change will fast forward your desire.

Trust that inner voice and seize your moment now.

 So, what is risk?

A lot of people focus on the inconvenience and discomfort of change and as a result they fail to see the opportunities that are right in front of their face.

There are always possibilities and opportunities.

Focusing on change is painful and only intensifies the fear.

The ego wants you to focus on the change so you can become emotionally attached and emotionally derailed.

Everyone embraces change, right?

Life is change.

Embrace it!

Love it!

Get wet and get dirty.

The real results are in it.

Don’t follow the herd.

When you look back, you will say, “Who was that?”

“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.” - Ryunosuke Satoro

In the final analysis, it’s all about people.

Invest in your people.

Give them time.

Give them opportunities to grow.

Mentor and nurture them in order for them to be the best that they can be.

The return on your investment is huge, as you have taught them to be doers and givers rather than spectators and takers.

Make a commitment towards their personal and professional growth.

Don’t look back on your laurels.

Look forward with faith, confidence, passion, love, persistence, and determination.

Be like the Sabal Palm tree that can withstand hurricanes.

Read Dr. Kenneth C. Ulmer’s quote as it is in tune with today’s drift.

“Does not matter what happens on the stock market, does not matter what happens in the economy with the falling real estate and the challenges of the corporate world. There's a champion in you and you will come through this. Success is on you.”

Release the champion within you.

Any circumstance outside of you has no ability to crush you whatsoever without your consent.

Consent is the key word.

Do not give consent to the prevailing circumstances.

The only method of releasing the champion within you is to alter your thinking dramatically.

Discipline yourself to think only of what you want and nothing else.

The corresponding results will speak for themselves.

Now what?

Now you train your people in order to become critical thinkers in your organization.

Critical thinkers become engagers of people.

Let’s begin to create solutions.

How?

Teach your people what is preventing them from getting what they want and they become unstoppable.

Now, results will begin to grow exponentially right in front of your face.

The issues will always be knocking on your door but it takes proactive thinking in order to seek these solutions.

Rhonda Byrne stated it beautifully, “When you are no longer a slave to your own emotions or thoughts; when they no longer have their way with you without your consent; then and only then are you the Master of your being and designer of your life and business”

Therefore, identify the trigger that motivates behavior and you immediately unleash an unstoppable creative force that delivers all the results intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, physically and financially.

The knowing, doing gap is the final piece of your puzzle.

Teach your people this knowing, doing gap syndrome that stops success in its tracks.

Teach them how to cross the tracks towards doing.

Efficiently.

Effortlessly.

Fruitfully.

As a result, your people now become doers and givers and not spectators and takers.

One drop or an ocean?

“Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyways.” - Anonymous

Within every individual there is a good, bad and great part of their human personality.

Does a little baby come into existence and instantly decide that they are either going to be good, bad or great in their lifetime?

No!

All the experiences good, bad, or great in the early formative years of a child begin to define some sense of direction.

You don’t water a plant once and walk away.

You nurture it by caring for it every single day with ongoing persistent, unconditional love regardless of present circumstances.

There will always be issues, concerns, and many detours along this journey.

Some people walk.

Some people run.

Some people simply pitch their tent and ride out the storm with faith and everything else that they can muster.

Those that do, always win.

Obstacles along the journey are windows of opportunities.

Many people don’t really understand this as utilizing only their physical eyes constricts their vision.

The naked eye has very limited vision.

The perception of the naked eye is fenced in by the sensory factors see, hear, smell, taste, and touch.

These are invaluable however the inner eye of understanding utilizes the intellectual faculties that are synonymous to a highly intensive microscope that has the ability to see everything.

Tap into this incredible power and begin to manifest your heart’s desire by utilizing these faculties, will, imagination, memory, perception, intuition, and reason.

If you truly want to immerse yourself in this thing called life, you must be the producer, the screenwriter, the director, and everything else that brings your ideas to life.

Don’t hang onto your past achievements, rather cling onto the possibilities that haven’t even happened yet.

Doing this creates a very pristine picture of what you want with incredible, specific detail.

You achieve this by moving into the necessary mind set (frequency) that causes you to think differently about your present circumstances.

Good or bad now evolves into greatness.

Understanding that order and movement are the pillars that create these circumstances that you desire and deserve is pivotal.

All of these experiences that surround us in these formative years begin to shape our destiny.

As a result, the internalization and subsequent visualization along the journey causes magical circumstances to show up right in front of our face.

There is good, bad, and great in all of us.

Nurture the great.

Remember, never take life too seriously as nobody gets out alive anyways.

“The future is purchased by the present” - Samuel Johnson

Be very cognizant of your daily dialogue.

Speak only of what you desire and nothing else.

Do not make light of this as you are purchasing the next page of your life with this daily dialogue.

Do you use a credit card when you make a purchase?

If so, you are deferring the payment for that purchase.

You might say that you are only using a credit card in order to accumulate points, rewards etc.

You might even add the fact that you absolutely always pay it in full with no outstanding balance.

Your daily dialogue works exactly the same way.

Every self-defeating, single word that is uttered purchases the next page in your life.

Actually, the compound effect comes into play with every word.

Compound interest is paid on every single word.

We all talk to ourselves.

If you want to stop the noise and turn it into beautiful music that will truly resonate with your desire, you must reprogram the information that is fed into your personal hard drive daily.

If thought travels 930,000 times faster than the sound of your voice, then we should really pay very close attention to what we say to ourselves.

How does it hear?

Every single word that is uttered from your mouth is heard.

Every time that you say the words can’t or how, they reinforce these words with unbreakable concrete.

We’ve all said it from time to time.

“I can’t finish that on time.”

“I can’t get the money by that date.”

“How am I going to make that happen?”

“How am I going to work out or study or travel or sleep or do just about anything?”

The list goes on and on like a broken record over and over and over again.

Your deeper being hears these messages and brings them into fruition.

How does it do this?

All of these spoken or unspoken words create images that manifest into your reality and sooner or later you do not do what you intended.

Your human personality is designed to manifest whatever is impressed into your glorious mind, good, bad, or indifferent.

You are a walking super computer greater that any machine that has been or not yet invented.

No machine ever can even begin to touch the magnitude and power of the human mind.

Incredible!

Then why are so many great people walking around with such a low level of awareness and self-esteem, when they have this massive, goal setting and powerful entity?

Cultural conditioning?

Paradigms?

Beliefs?

The only compound interest that you should be earning is from your $$$$$$$.

Period!

“If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit nothing. If your goals are vague, your achievements will be vague. But if your decisions are specific, you will harvest specific results.” – Robert H. Schuller

When you make a decision, you cut off other options from bombarding your conscious mind.

By making a decision, you immediately invoke the Law of Cause and Effect.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said the Law of Cause and Effect is the law of laws.

“For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Furthermore, “The Law of Cause and Effect decrees that whatever you send into the universe comes back. The action and reaction are equal and opposite. When you understand this Law, you understand that the circumstances in your life come from the seeds you have sown.” - Sandra Gallagher

If you want a different effect (harvest), make the decision.

Now!

If you cut off all other possibilities, you are left in the vast ocean of life with a singular vessel ready to float or sink.

Now is your decisive moment as you have seriously cut off everything else.

Make it or break it.

This is very difficult for most people as vacillating is a lot more comfortable.

This action now prompts the what if scenarios that begin to prey on an individual’s mind.

This is dangerous as it creates a self-imposed lockdown.

Nothing happens.

Nothing changes.

Nothing!

As a result, the infamous status quo reigns.

President Ronald Reagan was once quoted saying, “Status quo, you know, is Latin for the mess we're in.”

So, if we’re in this mess, we should do everything that we can to escape this condition.

We’re not pigs that love wallowing in the mud.

Rather, we are valuable, nurturing and contributing humans that are capable of making an informed and proactive decision.

Decision time is right around the corner.

Do your homework but please make a decision to act one way or another.

Your inner self and everyone else is counting on you.

Why?

The best is yet to come.

"We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.” - Charles R. Swindoll

One sees a gold mine and another sees a pile of rubble.

It’s all about perception.

We don’t see with our physical eyes.

We see through our eyes with cells of recognition (pictures) in our brain.

These cells of recognition are similar to files in a filing cabinet.

As soon as your eye is affixed to almost anything, a specific cell of recognition is triggered.

Rather begin to see with an inner eye of understanding and your entire world will change dramatically.

All of a sudden things start showing up!

Why is this?

We are all so different, unique, and special in our own way. That’s what makes life interesting.

It is of no consequence whether you see pink, blue, black, brown, white or whatever.

What’s inside is what really matters.

Can you imagine seeing everyone in your existence with all the same physical features?

Everyone would appear to be identical in every conceivable facet.

BORING!

No one wants to be cloned.

But who wants to be controlled?

All over the planet people are screaming for independence and freedom from dictatorial forces.

People want to feel free and independent from Big Brother.

However, there is one cardinal law that can never be negotiated.

“You can do whatever you want in life as long as you do not violate the rights of any other human being.”

Darren Hardy expressed the following in one of his Darren Daily segments, “No matter what stage in life you are, play. Chase down your dreams with aggressive pursuit. While the approach might be different, the ambition is the same. You were not designed to play small. You were made for greatness.”

Darren Hardy is right on the money.

You were not designed to play small.

You were made for greatness.

That's why one individual sees a gold mine and another one sees a pile of rubble.

The operative word is act.

You must act and the definition of act is always creating things.

You are in a constant state of creating solutions, alternatives, methodologies, concepts, or anything else that moves you closer towards your chosen goal.

You see, if you're always creating things, you are focusing on what you want instead of what you have.

Don't wait any longer.

Begin right now as waiting is playing it safe.

A great analogy is the remarkable paint.

It's an instant white board on any wall that you choose.

When you're done, simply erase, and start all over again.

You can start anytime and anywhere but you must begin.

Act, as action speaks volumes.

Begin to see your gold mine.

Congratulations.
